  • AAT APPEALS

Disagree with a visa or citizenship application decision made by the Department of Home Affiars? We provide application review advice and case management services for appeals with the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) in the event of a visa refusal or cancellation. The AAT review application is subject to strict time limit with significant repercussions if not lodged in time. Please contact us ASAP if you have received an unfavourable decision from the Department of Home Affairs and would like to discuss your options.

    NEWS UPDATE:

The Australian Government has recently announced in December 2022 that the AAT will continue operating until the new federal adminstrative review body is established. Any remaning AAT cases will subsequently transition to the new review body once established. The current processing time can be found on the AAT’s website.
