  • An employer-sponsored temporary work visa allows overseas workers whose occupation is on the specified occupation lists to live and work in Australia for a set number of years.

  • A permanent employee visa nominated by Australian businesses has different streams, such as Direct Entry and Temporary Residence Transition. The nominated occupation must be on the specified occupation lists. This visa allows the business to bring in permanent overseas workers and build a skilled, established and committed workforce.

  • Labour Agreements (LA) enable approved businesses to sponsor skilled overseas workers where standard temporary or permanent visa programs are not available.

    We assist businesses in negotiating LAs with the Department of Home Affairs to access skills, age and language concessions and for occupations that are not on the specified occupation lists. These include Industry LA, company-specific LA and Global Talent Employer Sponsored programs.

  • This visa is for the hiring of staff for entertainment and sporting events, used for overseas workers in TV, film, Government-endorsed events or research, sports fixtures, superyacht crews. This visa is also used for invited participants to social and cultural activities, special programs and more.

  • A permanent residency visa for renowned and internationally recognised professionals in eligible industries.

  • Provisional and permanent residency visas for entrepreneurs, business owners, and investors interested in owning and managing a business in Australia, or undertaking business, investment, and entrepreneurial activities.

  • A temporary visitor visa for business professionals who need to enter Australia for business activities.
