Partnering with Duet Immigration begins with a no-obligation initial consultation. This is an informal, information-gathering session to learn more about your business and the different ways the right immigration strategy can support your business goals and HR staffing needs.

Following this consultation, we assess your business eligibility and provide a fully costed proposal outlining our corporate immigration strategies, employee visa recommendations, and any required next steps including the fulfilment of legal obligations as a sponsoring employer with the Department of Home Affairs.

We will send an immigration strategy proposal, outlining our services, fees and proposed next steps. We are readily available via phone, Microsoft Teams or email to clarify any questions you may have.

CLIENT TO SIGN THE ENGAGEMENT LETTER

Should you decide to proceed with the proposal, we will send an Engagement Letter (EL) for you to review, complete and return a signed copy.

DUET TO SEND INITIAL DOCUMENTATION REQUEST

We will then send you a checklist of the documents required to commence an Eligibility Assessment (EA) for each potential applicant, and issue an initial invoice.

CLIENT TO SEND REQUESTED DOCUMENTS/INFO

Please provide the required documents as per our checklist and make payment.

DUET TO PROVIDE WRITTEN ADVICE

We will complete the EA and provide written advice of each potential applicant's eligibility or alternative options wherever applicable. We will also issue our final invoice for the EA services.

BUSINESS TO PROVIDE WRITTEN CONFIRMATION

Once the business provides written confirmation on the proposed nomination/visa services, we will send each visa applicant a Service Agreement for them to return a signed copy.

DUET TO COMMENCE SERVICES

We will commence the Application Process within one business day upon receipt of payment of our initial invoice.

 Our fees

We understand the business need for full cost control of your immigration and visa services. We work on an agreed, fixed-price basis, with no hidden fees for any requested immigration work. Any additional work is quoted on an hourly rate within a capped fee which we will not exceed.
